Something's Coming, Something Good, If I Can Wait
When last we met, I was lambasting RitzCamera.com for its online order-processing system, the one that has a penchant for making orders disappear without a trace.
Well, the Internet is a wonderful thing. Within an hour after posting the original blog entry, we heard from the company. They promised to investigate. In a follow-up phone conversation with the company's CFO, he expressed his dismay that the system was losing orders. We both wondered how many others beside mine.
I've since heard back in an e-mail from the CFO. He says they've figured it out and he is ready to explain it all. So far today, we've been playing a bit of phone tag. As soon as I get the details that unravel the mystery, I'll post them here.
